About · AlphaHub

I am building the tool I
wished existed for myself.

§ 01
The opening

AlphaHub is a solo-built research product by Warren: part quant workspace, part backtest lab, part notebook for market ideas that should not die in screenshots.

The product is intentionally small right now. Most of the work is still the quiet kind: cleaning data contracts, making sessions reliable, deleting confusing UI, and turning one-off research scripts into something a real user can repeat.

AlphaHub is built for kairos — the right market moment, not just the next timestamp. The goal is simple: make it easier to ask a sharp question, inspect the evidence, and keep the useful parts of the answer.

Research tools should get out of the way of the idea. Great ones should make the idea look important.

§ 02

Five non-negotiables.

The rules I wrote down before writing any code. Every feature shipped is audited against this list.

  1. 01

    Dark-first, not dark-mode.

Every surface is designed for the ink-zero base. Light mode ships too, but dark is the default we tune first. Financial screens live in the dark; we stop pretending otherwise.

  2. 02

    Density without noise.

A research page should carry more data than Bloomberg and more taste than a magazine. If we have to choose, we keep the data and lose the chrome.

  3. 03

    Teach first, then sell.

Tutorial is not a marketing funnel — it is core product. Strategies need notes, assumptions, failure cases, and reproducible code before they deserve a glossy screenshot.

  4. 04

    Credits, never surprise bills.

Every account has a clear credit balance. During beta, paid access is enabled manually and never charged silently.

  5. 05

    Bold editorial dark, forever.

Aurora is the brand. It shows up exactly where it belongs and nowhere else. We will not water it down for an A/B test.

§ 03
The builder

One builder, one production box, a lot of product taste.

Building AlphaHub end to end: the SaaS shell, market-data contracts, workspace sessions, backtest UX, and the small details that make a research tool feel trustworthy.

§ 04

Where AlphaHub is headed.

A practical beta roadmap, not a hiring deck.

2026 · Q2

Beta — Workspace, Markets, Backtest, Credits

Make the core loop dependable: ask questions, inspect market context, save sessions, and keep credit usage understandable.

2026 · Q3

Data quality, billing polish, and sharper research flows

Tighten freshness checks, reduce UI ambiguity, and make paid access boring in the best possible way.

2026 · Q4

1.2 — Tutorial library expansion

Grow the tutorial library only where the examples are reproducible, annotated, and honest about when they fail.

2027 · H1

2.0 — Swarm and custom data ingest

Keep multi-agent workflows as an advanced tool, then add bring-your-own data once the single-user product earns it.
