Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AlphaHub (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. The Service is research and education software. It is not a broker, not investment advice, and not a fiduciary.

Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at security@alphahubs.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not abuse the Service. Examples of abuse include scraping at a rate that degrades performance for others, reverse-engineering paid features, reselling access without a written agreement, or using the Service to plan illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse without prior notice.

The Service runs on a credit model. Free accounts receive a monthly allowance; paid plans may receive a larger allowance and additional features. During the beta, self-service checkout is disabled and paid access is arranged directly with AlphaHub. Any billing terms are confirmed before payment is accepted.

You may close your account at any time from Settings · Danger. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose AlphaHub to legal risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Past performance shown in backtests does not predict future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading loss attributable to use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
